Please take time to read our terms and conditions. These include important information about your purchase with us. Our policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013. By purchasing online or offline from Trade Leisure Products Ltd you are entering into and agreeing to the following contractual agreement, also known as our Consumer Terms and Conditions.
References: Trade Leisure Products Ltd T/A Grass King is the company you have ordered from, customer/you/client is the client of Trade Leisure Products Ltd.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our website include VAT at the prevailing rate.
We charge a flat rate of £40.00 per order for up to 2 rolls of artificial grass.
We deliver to specific postcodes on specific days of the week (Monday – Friday) and endeavour to ship 2m wide and 4m wide artificial grass orders within 3 – 5 working days from order date. Standard deliveries are carried out by a single man multi-drop driver.
Drivers are equipped with buggies to enable easy manoeuvring of rolls of grass. 4 and 5 metre width rolls of artificial grass can be very heavy and the driver will need some assistance with these. Delivery is to the nearest curb side immediately adjacent to the vehicle, the delivery driver is not permitted to enter inside your premises. Drivers are usually happy to take items on to your property upon request but this is at their discretion and can’t be guaranteed.
5 Metre Wide Rolls of Grass.
Delivery lead time on 5 metre wide rolls of grass can be up to 7 working days from order date as these need to be carried on an extra long vehicles. 5 metre wide rolls can be very heavy and the driver will need assistance from able bodied persons.

Trade Leisure Products will not accept any claim for compensation due to delayed or late delivery, our deliveries are handled by a third party carrier and are out of our control. We will not accept any liability for time or financial loss as a result of late or non-delivery. Charges will apply for failed deliveries and re-deliveries due to inaccurate customer address information, failure to disclose lorry access issues to the delivery location or customer not present to receive the delivery. Our couriers use large vehicles and must be informed of any restrictions regarding access. This includes, but is not limited to, steps, overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other local traffic restrictions that may be in place or make it difficult for the delivery vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. All deliveries are kerbside. Special delivery instructions are treated as a non-guaranteed request and are carried out at the carriers discretion.
Damage In Transit
Deliveries must be checked for any obvious damage on delivery and noted in writing when signing the delivery drivers paper work or digital screen, damaged goods must also be reported to Trade Leisure Products within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers have the right to cancel their order after placing it. Customers must email us to cancel an order and a full refund will be actioned within 14 days (this only applies if the order has not been shipped), all funds will be refunded to card/payment source provided at time of purchase. If your order has been shipped then carriage charges will apply.
Returns and Refund Policy
For all returns you will first need to contact us.
You have 14 days to cancel your order under our 14 day free return period, which starts on the day you received your order. All items must be returned unused in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. If goods have been used or damaged then we are unable to accept the return.
For returns you will need to provide the following details with your consignment:
1. Full Name
2. Order number.
3. State the reason for return.
Please note, It can take up to 14 days for a return to be processed.
Acceptance of Material Supplied
Trade Leisure Products will follow the guidance of BS 3655 (roll materials tolerance of +/- 1.25%) with regard to shortage claims. We would always advise customers to take this into account when deciding on the measurements to purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are too short within these British Standard tolerances. Our cutting machines are fully automated however errors can occur if miss programmed by the operator. We will investigate a claim for an error as soon as we are advised, this will involve confirming the data entered by the operator and also an item weight check obtained from the delivery carrier.
You will need to supply us with photographic evidence for all claims in relation to errors in material type supplied. If we are in agreement that an error has taken place we will immediately replace the product. We reserve the right to collect the original products supplied before a replacement is dispatched in all cases where it is unclear to us how the error occurred. You must co-operate and make yourself available for collections (which may be on a different day than the replacement is received) of any item/s that needs returning to us. If the courier is unable to collect for any reason the uncollected item/s will be deemed as an outstanding debt at the full retail price, you will also be liable for all further costs incurred by us.
Trade Leisure Products will not accept any compensation claims regardless of fault due to errors in size or material supplied, we will not accept any liability for time or financial loss as a result of, but not limited to; advanced installation bookings, employment holiday, event delay… We recommend that you time your delivery to allow at least 5 working days before the required installation date so that you can fully check your order.
You must ensure that both yourself and/or your nominated installer are fully aware of the following:
Once you or your installer has cut or made any modification to the material you have then accepted it as a suitable non-faulty product and it cannot be returned.
All items supplied must be carefully inspected before installation to check there are no issues in regard to; type, specification, size, quantity, colour matching, manufacturing faults or delivery damage. If any of the above are found in material supplied you must not commence installation you must report the issue immediately to us by either telephone or email.
Trade Leisure Products will not accept claims for any of the above once the material has been cut and/or installed.
The self installation guidance provided in our literature and on our website should be used as a suggested guide only. We advise that you obtain professional fitting advice prior to any attempt to DIY self install artificial grass. Trade Leisure Products accept no liability for self installation that results in improper fitting or damage to the product.
Trade Leisure Products may provide you with information on third party installation companies or instruct them on your behalf, however we do not accept liability for faulty installation or damage caused by third party installers.
Artificial grass supplied by Trade Leisure Products Ltd is supplied for domestic use only.
We guarantee that Artificial grass supplied by Trade Leisure Products Ltd, will sustain UV stability and tensile strength during the applicable 5 or 10 year warranty. For purposes of this warranty, a product where the tensile strength does not decrease by more than 50% will be judged to have sustained its UV stability and tensile strength. The applicable warranty period begins on the date of installation and covers only products provided by Trade Leisure Products Ltd, we will not accept responsibility for damage or loss caused by third party installations.
Our warranty does not cover the following;
Damaged caused by fireworks, barbecue or any other open flame.
Failure to properly maintain, protect or repair the products.
Post fibrillation or brushing after or during installation for purposes other than to get the infill materials in place.
Force majeure or other conditions or acts of god beyond the reasonable control of Trade Leisure Products Ltd.
Use of cleaning chemicals, herbicides or pesticides.
Application of improper cleaning methods.
The surface being used for the purpose other than that for which it was designed and installed.
Use of improper footwear or sports equipment
Any harmful chemical reaction to the product caused by infill materials.
Wear or abrasion caused by an inadequate sub-base.
Drainage defects or deficiencies on the sub-base and/or its surrounding areas.
Excessive sporting activities.
Subsidence caused by ground movement and/or tree roots.
Burns, cuts, accidents, vandalism, abuse, negligence or neglect.
Japanese Knot Weed, Bamboo, Mare’s Tail, Tree Root Growth or any other horticultural external influence.
Damage caused by wild animals or domestic pets including chemical damage caused by faeces or urine.
Reflection from mirrors and/or glass onto the product.
An order confirmation will be emailed once payment has been received, this is not an order acceptance. An order is deemed to have been accepted once an order delivery date has been communicated to the customer.

Worldpay recognise that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. Worldpay use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are fully protected against online fraud. In reality, an online purchase is probably more secure than a card transaction conducted in a shop, over the telephone or by fax – because Worldpay ensure that your online purchase details are encrypted using complex logarithm methods. Sharing your information with third parties.
We will only share your information with third parties for the purpose of order fulfilment, delivery, customer support services and storage services.
Purchasing Online: Our payment processor, Worldpay, operates a secure server to process your payment details. All card transactions are encrypted, your credit or debit card details are never revealed to us.
Purchases made over the telephone.
We use the Worldpay secure payment gateway for processing credit and debit card payments. Card details are destroyed once a transaction has been completed. We do not retain credit card details.
Where we store your data.
Personal data is stored locally at the Trade Leisure Products office or a secure computer device. Any data that is not stored locally will be stored securely with the EU. Data will only be accessible via a password secure system.

The Customer agrees that Trade Leisure Products Ltd will not be liable for any losses or damage suffered by the Customer.
Trade Leisure Products Ltd shall not be held responsible for any detrimental reliance you place on this website or its contents. We endeavour to provide accurate information and pricing, an uninterrupted, error and virus free platform, provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to make changes at any time. This agreement between Trade Leisure Products Ltd and you shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
